It ties in the back of the neck for closure and behind the waist for a fitted look. The dress has a soft, satin feel and an elastic waistband. A red, sequined material with cutout flames line the dress' three-quarter sleeves, knee-high slit at the bottom and v-shaped design on the chest. The cutout flames on the chest are loose from the dress and hang down to the waist. The dress includes a headband with two horns. It is covered in red sequins and is secured with an elastic band.
