Look just like the resident surfer of Monster High in this Lagoona Blue costume! The jacket has black sleeves with teal cuffs while the chest is made of green fabric that looks like fish scales. The attached undershirt is pink with matching fish scale designs. The skirt has attached shorts underneath and has a soft fleece-like waistband. The skirt is black with shiny silver flecks sewn in. The leggings are made of blue netting.
