Frankenstein should have stayed out of the medical industry! The polyester top has a green shirt front printed with stitches and blood with a latex, exposed-heart detail in the center that actually pulses when you squeeze the rubber pump that comes out of one of the sleeves. The pump handle is red and looks like a heart that’s been ripped from your victim’s chest! The green, felt-like jacket is attached to the shirt front and has long sleeves with jagged cuffs and a matching, jagged hem. The top slips on over the head and has velcro clasps in the back. Also included is a latex mask that covers the top half of the face, has large openings for the eyes and features scary details like stitches and bolts on the forehead.
