The tattered blue shirt has a collar and a Velcro clasp in the back. There are dried faux blood stains on many parts of the shirt, adding to the realism. The molded chest is sewn to the shirt and features a realistic paint job and sculpt, with bloody wounds galore. The chest front has straps that tie around the back so it stays put. The rubber half mask has a bearded man's face with grotesque fracture on the skull, and bruised skin around the eyes and cheeks. There are holes for the eyes, nose, and mouth, and it secures to the face with an elastic strap that goes around the head.
