This full over the head latex mask is individually hand painted and sculpted and is a frightening half-dissected human face. Half the mask features latex anatomical muscles and skeletal structure, while the other half features ashy grey skin and dark brown hair. Both eyes are yellowed and bloodshot with diminished, surreal-looking blue irises, while the mouth opens in a gruesome screaming expression with teeth visible. Covers the neck and a portion of the chest and includes eye, ear, nose, and mouth slits.
