The full mask features foam pads in the neck for extra comfort and stability. A set of gruesome teeth jut out of the front, with a tiny set of teeth poking out from inside the larger teeth. The mouth has slits in the mouth for vision and breathing. The top of the mask features a smooth top with green cross-hatched patterns that look like Alien acid-blood.
